At Jasmine Bridal Couture, every gown is an exquisite masterpiece, exclusively handcrafted and heavily embellished to your specific measurements and creative requirements by our master artisans.

Due to the intricate nature of our Made-to-Measure and Haute Couture production process, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items once the production process has commenced or the initial payment has been processed.

Measurements & Alterations: We provide detailed, step-by-step written measurement guides to ensure precision. As all detailed communication and measurement confirmations are strictly documented in writing prior to production, we cannot be held responsible for changes in your measurements after production begins. Minor local alterations are common in the bridal industry to achieve a flawless fit and are the responsibility of the client.
