Production Lead Times Every Jasmine Bridal Couture gown is meticulously crafted at our dedicated atelier in Suzhou, China—a globally recognized hub for premium silk and couture craftsmanship. Due to the heavy hand-beading, intricate lace appliqué, and hidden corsetry built into our gowns, standard production requires a dedicated lead time as discussed during your written consultation.

Premium Global Delivery & Customs Duties We offer a seamless international delivery experience via trusted premium carriers (e.g., DHL/FedEx).

• For Select Regions (DDP): Where logistically possible (e.g., specific regions in the US, UK, and EU), we strive to offer our "white-glove" DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. In these specific cases, estimated customs duties are factored into your final invoice for a seamless receiving experience.

• For All Other International Destinations (DDU): Please note that customs regulations vary significantly by country. If DDP service is not available or applicable to your shipping destination, your bespoke order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country's government are not included in the gown's final price. These local charges are the absolute and sole responsibility of the client/receiver and must be settled directly with the local customs authority or courier to release the package.

A tracking number will be officially provided only after the final quality inspection is completed and the final balance payment is securely cleared.
