Custom Production & Communication All detailed design consultations, fabric selections, and measurement confirmations will be conducted via clear written communication (Email or Official Messaging channels) to ensure absolute accuracy for your bespoke order. Video measurement sessions are not required or provided, as our written guides guarantee the highest level of precision for our pattern makers.

Pricing & Payment For high-end bespoke orders, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your placement in our atelier's schedule. The remaining balance must be cleared in full prior to the international dispatch of your gown. We utilize highly secure, encrypted enterprise payment gateways to process all global transactions.
